Akiko Mik combines songs, electro/acoustic composition, performance- and visual art.
Akiko Mik is a composer and vocalist from the Netherlands. She creates electro-acoustic works that blend experimental pop, electronics, and contemporary art music. Her compositions often merge song forms with structured compositional frameworks and explore the coexistence of movement and stillness. Akiko frequently collaborates across disciplines to create an immersive experience. With her wide interests she also produces and sings her own songs/compositions and composes music for film and media.
